Quality Assurance of Study Programs

In line with the actions proposed by the University, the control and monitoring of the quality of teaching in the Study Program are entrusted to the Quality Assurance (QA) management committees. The role of Departmental Quality Assurer for Teaching Quality is held by Prof. Ugo Cosentino.

The QA management committees are tasked with: annually drafting the SUA-CdS, the Annual Monitoring Form; the Cyclical Review Report; monitoring the progress of student careers, their opinion on educational activities, satisfaction at the end of the educational path, and the employment status of graduates, also through the analysis of external databases; verifying, through periodic meetings with representatives from the world of work, the consistency between proposed educational activities and occupational demands; acquiring and analyzing the reports of the Joint Teachers / Students Committee; analyzing the Annual Report of the Evaluation Unit.

Following the activities described above, the QA management committees are responsible for defining any corrective actions or improvement interventions and proposing them to the Didactic Coordination Council for approval and implementation.
